- Drives business outcomes by taking a product from problem definition through release and continuous improvement.
- Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define clear problem statements.
- Develop proposals to justify resource requirements and secure funding.
- Define success measures and establish dashboards to monitor progress.
- Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy and define initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
- Create the product roadmap and work with the team to deliver against its goals.
- Collaborate with designers and software engineers to develop, test and release the product.
- Measure outcomes and continuously improve the product.
- Engage and support users to encourage product adoption.
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes.
- End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, and to prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq.
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management or a related field.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis Professional.
