Product Manager (ROPS)
The Revenue Operations (ROPS) Product Team is seeking a Product Manager to drive operational excellence, elevate product management best practices, and support the operationalization of emerging AI and automation capabilities across our product ecosystem.
This role is designed for a product-minded professional who thrives at the intersection of process governance, product craftsmanship, and technology enablement. You will champion standard operating models across our product lifecycle and govern standards for product intake, tooling, and outcome measurement. You will also actively support AI agent product management, translating operational needs into clear product specifications, supporting testing and deployment, and monitoring the performance and feature drift of deployed AI agents.
This role may be considered hybrid (based out of our Denver, CO headquarters) or remote with approximately 25% travel for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Govern standardized product intake, discovery, and lifecycle frameworks across the team, managing and monitoring the central front-door intake process.
- Author, evolve, and scale the team’s Product Operations Playbook by codifying standard templates, requirement definitions, and standard operating procedures.
- Act as a technical thought partner to translate business and operational pain points into clear user stories, functional acceptance criteria, and system workflow maps under the guidance of product leadership.
- Support the rollout and ongoing management of AI-enabled solutions, monitoring deployed intelligent agents against expected behavior, tracking feature drift, and feeding performance insights into iterative development backlogs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational readiness evaluations, ensuring test scenarios reflect real-world operational workflows and edge cases.
- Synthesize Voice of the User trends across multiple channels (user surveys, employee feedback loops, stakeholder forums) into actionable product roadmap inputs.
- Partner with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to establish standardized product scorecards, KPI dashboards, and post-deployment value realization tracking.
- Facilitate structured retrospectives and cross-functional feedback loops across Product, Analysis, and Engineering lanes to identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure all system updates and automated workflows maintain data integrity and mitigate business risk.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or agile business analysis within a software delivery environment.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between business operations and engineering teams, translating complex operational needs into structured software requirements.
- Hands-on experience with agile and workflow management tools and a passion for establishing scalable operating standards.
- Working understanding of or strong enthusiasm for AI concepts, with the ability to support functional testing, prompt/agent performance monitoring, and drift analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data into clear operational insights and process improvements.
- Proven organizational skills with a bias toward action, structured problem-solving, and continuous process optimization.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional peers without direct authority.
- Experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle operations, or enterprise workflow automation preferred.
