Product Manager (Senior) – iGaming / Casino Games

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality online casino games. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the iGaming industry, particularly with slot game providers, and a solid understanding of game mechanics, market trends, and player engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and development requirements.
• Work closely with Game Design, Mathematics, Art, Development, and QA teams.
• Oversee game features, mechanics, bonus rounds, and overall player experience.
• Analyze game performance, market trends, competitors, and player preferences.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Account Management teams to align products with market demands.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the game portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within an online casino game provider.
• Strong knowledge of online slots, game mechanics, RTP, volatility, and mathematical models.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional game development teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of regulated iGaming markets and certification requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Previous experience with an established B2B casino game provider is a must.
