Product Manager - Smart Lockers (Hardware & Software)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Smart Lockers (Hardware & Software) to lead the product strategy, delivery, and commercial evolution of smart locker solutions.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced product leader who can turn customer needs, market insights, and business priorities into a scalable product portfolio that performs in real-world operations.
You will own the product roadmap across hardware, firmware, cloud software, and integrations, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, service, and commercial teams to deliver reliable, commercially successful products.

Mission

Develop and scale the Smart Locker product portfolio by transforming B2B customer needs and market opportunities into reliable, innovative, and commercially successful solutions. Ensure the right balance between functionality, quality, cost efficiency, and product scalability across international markets.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management, including B2B products.
Hands-on experience with Hardware + Software products, such as Smart Lockers, IoT devices, automation systems, terminals, robotics, or similar technology solutions.
Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and requirements definition to launch, scaling, and post-launch performance evaluation.
Strong technical understanding of Hardware, Firmware, Cloud Software, and API integrations, as well as key aspects of physical device operation, including reliability, energy consumption, connectivity, security, and maintenance.
Experience owning and managing Product Roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, defining product requirements (PRDs), acceptance criteria, and developing business cases.
Ability to translate B2B customer needs into scalable product solutions, balancing customization requests with product standardization.
Understanding of product economics, including Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), margins, payback period, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Software, Manufacturing, and Service teams, including coordinating pilot projects and preparing products for launch.
Professional proficiency in English and Russian.
Willingness to work in an onsite/hybrid format and undertake extended business trips to the company's manufacturing facility in China (for up to several months, if required).

Product Lifecycle Management: Lead new product development and improvements to existing solutions, from customer discovery and requirements definition through development, launch, and adoption.
Product Economics Optimization: Improve product margins and optimize manufacturing, installation, and service costs without compromising quality.
Product Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs into clear functional and technical requirements, including acceptance criteria
Cross-Functional Coordination: Align requirements and priorities across Hardware, Firmware, Software, Manufacturing, and Service teams.
Product Quality & Reliability: Improve usability, reliability, integration capabilities, and maintainability, considering energy consumption, connectivity, security, installation, and maintenance requirements.
Scalable Product Portfolio Development: Balance customer-specific requirements with standardized solutions that can be deployed across different clients and markets.
Pilot Project Management: Define pilot scope, success metrics, and criteria for transitioning to large-scale commercial deployments.
Product Launch Readiness: Coordinate documentation, team training, technical support, and service processes to ensure successful product launches.
Post-Launch Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance, evaluate key metrics, and use data-driven insights to guide continuous product improvement.

Work Format
