About the Role
Own the supply chain product area for a B2B manufacturing software platform. You will connect hands-on experience with factory and procurement operations to product strategy, helping customers manage complex workflows through effective software.
What You'll Do
Set and drive the roadmap for procurement, inventory management, traceability, vendor management, and BOM/MRP capabilities.
Visit customer facilities and work with supply chain and procurement leaders to understand operational challenges and identify product opportunities.
Translate complex manufacturing and supply chain processes into product specifications, wireframes, and functional prototypes.
Partner with engineering to deliver features, and use AI-assisted tools to prototype, query data, work with APIs, and contribute code when useful.
Coordinate with design, engineering, customer success, and sales to support feature adoption, onboarding, and customer outcomes.
Use product usage, inventory flow metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate results and guide iteration.
What We're Looking For
Three to ten years of experience spanning product management, manufacturing or supply chain operations, and software delivery.
Experience shipping product features end-to-end, from research and discovery through launch, plus prior software engineering or hands-on coding experience.
Strong working knowledge of procurement, BOM/MRP, inventory allocation, vendor workflows, and traceability.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, ideally in sectors such as aerospace, defense, energy, robotics, or automotive.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related technical field.
Ability to build prototypes and write technical specifications from complex domain requirements, with experience using Python, React, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, APIs, ERP systems, MES, or PLM tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $175,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid role based in Los Angeles, California, with at least three days per week in the office.
