Intro
Carbon data is messy. Supplier emission factors, bills of materials with thousands of parts, regulations that shift every quarter. Our customers are global manufacturers in Automotive and Aerospace, and they need that mess turned into decisions they can defend in front of a board, an auditor or a supplier. Building that is the job.
We’re hiring two Product Managers. One of you comes from the LCA and product footprint world. The other knows sustainability regulation inside out. Both of you will own real modules, work directly with enterprise customers, and ship things that change how some of the biggest manufacturers in the World make decisions.
If you’ve ever been the person explaining LCA methodology to engineers, or explaining CSRD to a product team, you’ll feel at home here.
Your tasks
- Own your product module end to end: discovery, specs, delivery, iteration
- Turn methodology into product: take ISO 14067, the GHG Protocol, CSRD/ESRS, CBAM or EUDR and build features that engineers can ship and customers can trust
- Sit with customers, understand how their sustainability, procurement and engineering teams actually work, and make sharp calls on what we build next
- Work daily with engineering and design, writing specs precise enough that nothing gets lost in translation
- Use AI in how you work (research, prototyping, analysis, specs) and help decide where AI goes into the product
- Back up sales and customer success with demos, product expertise and input on deals
- Visit customers 1 to 2 times per quarter
Your profile
- Strong academic background in sustainability, environmental or industrial engineering, or a related field, or solid work experience in sustainability
- Deep knowledgein one of two areas:
- LCA / PCF: hands-on footprint work with tools like SimaPro, Sphera/GaBi, openLCA or ecoinvent
- Compliance: sustainability regulation such as CSRD/ESRS, CBAM, EUDR or supply chain due diligence
- First experience in product management, or in a role close to it: sustainability consulting, solutions engineering, a technical analyst role. We care more about how you think than about your exact title
- Technical: you’re comfortable with data, can follow an architecture discussion and aren’t afraid of the details.
- AI-native: you already use AI tools every day and have opinions on where they help and where they don’t
- Ambitious and fast. You want a steep learning curve, real ownership, and you don’t wait to be told what to do next
- Fluent English. German is a strong plus, since many of our customers work in German
- Happy to be in our Munich office 3 days per week
Benefits
- Unique & Powerful Mission: join a fast-growing and ambitious tech company that is shaping the future of carbon management and fighting climate change
- Compensation & Rewards: a steep learning curve and ownership from day one. We offer an attractive compensation package, including virtual stock options

- Team Culture: Our transparency, Humility, and Accountability values create a unique and supportive working environment. Be part of a multinational, motivated team that thinks work should be fun!
