Product Manager, Travel Retail West
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join Travel Retail West to cover a maternity leave absence. The position will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model (4 days in-office).
The Product Manager will be a key stakeholder for the flawless execution of Tom Ford Beauty across Travel Retail West. Partnering with the Commercial, VM and Demand Planning (DP) teams, the primary responsibilities of the role include owning the brand assortment and the New Product Launch (NPL) forecast briefing, managing 360 activations for NPL and key shopping moments, analysing performance of hero products and key launches and over-seeing non-saleable inventory forecasting and monitoring. Other responsibilities will include collaborating with Marketing Executives, developing Trade Marketing Calendars and presenting plans internally and to retail partners.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate outstanding analytical and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, as well as commercial acumen and strong presentation skills. The ability to be proactive and consistently evaluate and improve processes is required to thrive in this role.
Proven strong business analytical skills combined with advanced level computer literacy in Word/Excel/Power-point, excellent communication, organisation and administration skills, as well as a creative, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach and an ability to work in a fast-moving pressurised environment are paramount. Fluent Spanish speaker and experience in people management would be beneficial.
Travel Retail is a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and candidates should have a positive, flexible, hands-on and committed approach.
