This is a unique opportunity to architect and manage innovative platforms that revolutionize how users engage with financial markets. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving product initiatives from concept to launch. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional features and products that meet user needs globally. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with strategic goals and priorities. Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver top-tier features and functionalities. Define product features, write specifications, conduct user research, and iterate based on feedback. Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure a user-centered approach. Prioritize projects effectively, making informed trade-offs as necessary. Conduct market research to guide product development and stay ahead of industry trends. Represent the product team in cross-functional communications, ensuring alignment and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a related field. At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech or trading platforms. Proven track record of launching successful software or financial products at scale. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a bonus.
