The passion for traveling is what unites the entire eSky Group (eSky, eDestinos, Thomas Cook). Our online travel agency was created by combining years of experience in the travel industry with a love for modern technology. We develop solutions that inspire people to explore the world and together, we turn these inspirations into experiences.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Virtual Tour Operator (VTO) Product Proposition team. You will be responsible for optimizing conversion and CES across the VTO booking funnel, with a particular focus on the final steps where customers configure and pay for their trips. Your job is to find out where the journey is letting customers down and to build a prioritized, evidence based backlog to improve the experience.
You'll work alongside fellow Product Managers and Product Owners (VTO Product Proposition, Post Booking, App, CX) as well as commercial colleagues and senior stakeholders, providing the evidence, the diagnosis, and the argument for what gets fixed next. Success in your role will come through demonstrating how features, functionalities and fixes delivered from your backlog drove a positive impact on user experience and business outcomes. You're judged on whether your key results - CTR, CVR, CES - actually move, not on how many deliveries you ship.

What will your journey with us look like?
- Roadmap Management: Own and prioritise a conversion rate optimization roadmap, with a particular focus on the bottom of the funnel. Decide between quick fixes and larger structural changes based on data and expected commercial impact.
- Data Analysis and Problem Diagnosis: Analyse conversion funnel data, session recordings and customer contact records to identify the actual causes of friction and drop-off, not just the symptoms. Turn findings into clear, testable hypotheses.
- Discovery and Delivery: Combine ongoing analysis of behavioural data (Hotjar, CS contacts, event tracking) with delivery work. Discovery runs continuously, not as a separate phase that delays shipping.
- Experimentation: Plan, prioritise and run A/B and multivariate tests; where practical, decide what goes to production based on statistically valid results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with engineering, design, commercial and customer service. Write PRDs and acceptance criteria where they're needed to keep delivery moving — no unnecessary documentation for its own sake.
- KPI Ownership: Track and report on checkout conversion rate, revenue per session, margin per booking, CES and contact ratio. Take responsibility for these metrics and act on changes without waiting to be told.
- Independent Work in a Remote Team: Take initiative, communicate proactively about blockers, decisions and opportunities, and focus on delivering results rather than following a fixed process.
- Minimum 18 months of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, OTA checkout, or conversion optimisation
- Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests, including understanding of statistical significance and common errors in interpreting results
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. GA4) and behavioural tools (e.g. Hotjar) used to identify the root causes of user problems
- Basic understanding of how AI/ML tools are applied to personalisation and recommendations
- Able to write concise product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Fluent English required; Polish language skills an advantage
- Works independently: Identifies problems and starts working on solutions without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Analytical: Bases decisions on data rather than assumptions, and works to find the root cause of an issue rather than treating symptoms.
- Practical approach to discovery: Gathers information continuously through available data sources rather than running lengthy formal research processes.
- Focused on results: Prioritises delivering a working solution over following a fixed methodology.
- Works well in a remote team: Communicates clearly and proactively, keeps others informed without requiring constant check-ins.
- Understands commercial context: Able to weigh trade-offs between cost, margin and customer experience.
- Works cross-functionally without formal authority: Builds cooperation through clear communication and evidence.
