We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of global product marketing programs across Bradken's portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll work at the intersection of marketing, product management, engineering and sales, translating technical capability into compelling customer value and driving product adoption across global markets.

This role can be based in either Brisbane or Newcastle and offers a hybrid working arrangement. For the right candidate, a remote working arrangement may also be considered.

About the Role

You will play a key role in shaping how Bradken's products and digital solutions are positioned, launched and promoted to customers around the world. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering and Sales teams, you'll develop value propositions, go-to-market strategies and campaigns that strengthen our market position and generate commercial opportunities.

With a strong focus on Customer Centricity, you'll develop a deep understanding of customer needs, buying behaviours and market trends to create messaging and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You'll demonstrate Innovation by leveraging market intelligence, digital marketing approaches and AI-enabled workflows to enhance decision-making and campaign effectiveness. Through a One Team approach, you'll collaborate across global functions to deliver consistent, impactful product marketing programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing product positioning, value propositions and competitive messaging across Bradken's global portfolio.
  • Leading go-to-market strategies, product launches and lifecycle marketing programs for new and existing products.
  • Creating and managing always-on campaigns that support awareness, lead generation, opportunity progression and product adoption.
  • Translating customer, market and competitor insights into actionable recommendations for sales, marketing and product teams.
  • Developing and maintaining sales-enablement materials, product content, case studies, presentations and digital assets.
  • Managing product content across customer-facing channels, including the corporate website.
  • Driving the use of AI-enabled marketing workflows to support buying-group analysis, market intelligence and campaign effectiveness.
  • Leading and supporting the Graphic Designer to deliver product marketing priorities and customer-focused content.

About You

You are a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys translating complex technical solutions into clear customer value. You thrive in collaborative environments, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and are passionate about delivering marketing programs that influence business outcomes.

You will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated years of experience in the B2B product marketing experience within mining, manufacturing, engineering, technology or a similarly complex industrial environment.
  • Experience developing value propositions, product positioning, go-to-market plans and product launch programs.
  • Experience translating technical products, services or digital solutions into compelling customer-focused messaging.
  • Proven capability developing multi-channel campaigns, sales-enablement materials and product marketing content.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing data to measure campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Experience gathering and applying customer, competitor and market intelligence to drive decision-making.
  • Practical experience using AI-enabled tools and workflows, ideally including Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.
  • Experience leading marketing professionals, creative resources or agency partners will be highly regarded.
