Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will define and lead product marketing strategy across a portfolio of high-growth solutions with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled capabilities and payments, and other strategic product areas shaping the future of hospitality technology. Your work will drive adoption, competitive differentiation, and measurable business outcomes. You are the strategic connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and customer success—guiding GTM execution, shaping product narratives, and ensuring that business priorities are translated into market impact.

While this role requires close partnership with product, sales, and customer success, its highest impact comes from shaping market strategy, building differentiated narratives, orchestrating launches, and equipping teams to connect product innovation to customer and business outcomes. You will help translate complex and emerging solutions, especially in AI-enabled experiences, payments, commerce, and hospitality technology into clear market value.

This role will play a key part in bringing emerging and high-priority solutions to market, including AI-driven guest and operational experiences, payments, digital commerce, and other product areas that support our broader commercial strategy. The ideal candidate is energized by evolving technology categories, curious about how AI and payments are changing hospitality, and skilled at turning complex capabilities into clear customer value, compelling market narratives, and practical sales enablement.

Collaboration is at the core of this role. You will work closely with product, growth, brand, sales, and customer success teams, aligning multiple stakeholders around strategic priorities, synthesizing diverse perspectives, and guiding decision-making at the leadership level. You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and have a proven ability to drive alignment and clarity among teams with competing priorities.

You will maintain deep expertise in your buyers, the competitive landscape, and market trends, leveraging these insights to inform strategy, refine messaging, and optimize GTM programs. Your impact will be measured not just by outputs, but by your ability to influence cross-functional alignment, deliver measurable business results, and drive market success.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead product marketing strategy across a portfolio of products, including high-growth acres such as AI-enabled solutions, payments commerce and other strategic product priorities.

· Define and evolve positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate us in the market.

Market & Competitive Strategy

· Partner with product and commercial leaders to drive market-informed strategic recommendations.

· Leverage buyer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform roadmap decisions and GTM approaches.

· Monitor market trends in AI, payments, hospitality technology, digital commerce, and automation to identify opportunities, risks, and differentiated positioning.

GTM & Commercial Alignment

· Architect GTM strategy for your products, including target segments, messaging pillars, buyer journeys, launch motions, and commercial readiness plans.

· Build solution-level messaging and enablement that helps sales teams clearly communicate the business value of our solutions.

· Collaborate closely with growth, brand, and sales leadership to integrate events, campaigns, and programs into a unified demand strategy.

· Develop and optimize sales enablement programs that equip teams with tools, narratives, and insights to drive results.

Product Lifecycle & Launch Management

· Own the planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution of major launches and releases.

· Establish KPIs, measure success, and communicate insights to stakeholders, using data to influence prioritization and continuous improvement.

· Translate complex product capabilities into launch strategies, messaging, enablement, and customer-facing materials that clearly articulate business value.

Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Collaboration

· Serve as a trusted advisor to product and commercial teams, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.

· Lead alignment across product, marketing, sales, and customer success, navigating competing priorities and ensuring clarity of messaging.

· Influence key stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and driving decision-making that aligns with company objectives.

Team Leadership & Coaching

· Mentor junior team members, elevate the PMM function, and embed best practices and operating rhythms across the team.

· Serve as a role model for cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.

Requirements

· 7+ years of product marketing experience, including strategic, market-facing leadership.

· Experience marketing AI, payments, fintech, commerce, hospitality technology, or complex B2B SaaS solutions preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to translate technical, emerging, or highly complex product capabilities into clear positioning, customer value, sales narratives, and GTM plans.

· Proven ability to develop and drive product marketing strategy across multiple stakeholders and teams.

· Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments.

· Strong analytical skills; able to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations.

· Exceptional storyteller, able to communicate complex concepts to executive, technical, and customer audiences.

· Experienced in building frameworks and processes that scale product marketing impact across the organization.

· Strong project and program leadership skills; able to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously.
