Advanced Solutions International is a global software company focused on helping not-for-profits and membership organizations grow revenue, reduce expenses, improve performance, engage and serve members and donors through innovative software solutions. Our portfolio of solutions includes the iMIS Engagement Management System, TopClass LMS, OpenWater application and review software, and the Clowder mobile app.
About our position
ASI is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to build and lead Product Marketing for ASI’s portfolio of association and event technology solutions. This leader will connect product strategy with the market-clarifying positioning, strengthening competitive differentiation, enabling Sales and Customer Success, and ensuring product investments translate into customer understanding, adoption, and commercial results.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded, hands-on B2B SaaS product marketing leader who can establish a scalable function while personally delivering high-quality positioning, competitive insight, sales enablement, and launch plans. They will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and corporate Marketing to connect product investments to customer value, cross-sell adoption, and measurable growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing clear positioning, value propositions, buyer personas, and messaging architecture for our family of platforms including iMIS, OpenWater, TopClass, Clowder, and relevant portfolio solutions.
- Building a coherent portfolio narrative that makes cross-product value and integrated customer workflows easy to understand and sell.
- Owning product go-to-market planning for major launches and releases, including messaging, enablement, adoption communications, and launch measurement.
- Creating competitive intelligence and win/loss feedback loops that influence product strategy, sales positioning, and roadmap investment decisions.
- Partnering with Sales and Customer Success on battlecards, demos, product narratives, expansion plays, and customer-facing enablement.
- Working with Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing on pricing and packaging research, value communication, and commercialization plans.
- Coordinating with corporate Marketing, which owns demand generation, campaigns, and marketing operations; Product Marketing owns product positioning and launch strategy.
- Defining success metrics including competitive win rates, launch adoption, sales enablement effectiveness, cross-sell attach rates, and product-qualified expansion signals.
- Building a scalable function and recommending future team needs as the portfolio grows.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What we want you to have
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including leadership of positioning, launches, and sales enablement for complex software.
- Experience marketing multi-product portfolios, enterprise platforms, or solutions sold to multiple buyer personas.
- Demonstrated ability to turn technical capabilities into differentiated business-value narratives.
- Strong analytical skills in segmentation, competitive research, pricing and packaging, and win/loss analysis.
- Exceptional executive communication, writing, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience in association technology, nonprofit, membership, events, learning management, or vertical SaaS.
- Experience building Product Marketing capability from an early stage.
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems and cross-sell motions in a multi-product portfolio.
