About Us
Augeo is a global leader in loyalty and engagement platform technologies that create data-driven experiences, foster people connections and cultivate brand advocates worldwide. We are building an AI-first agentic loyalty system—unifying our platform to deliver an Audience of One experience for every individual. Our Applied AI team is at the center of this evolution, driving the product and go-to-market transformation that will define the next era of loyalty.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketer to serve as the critical interface between Product and Sales. Reporting to the VP, Marketing and partnering closely with the Applied AI and GTM leadership teams, this role is the connective tissue that ensures every platform capability translates into revenue opportunity.
As the platform ships new features, you are the person who decides what matters, who needs to know, and how to make it land. You will translate technical product releases into compelling sales narratives, arm the sales team with the tools and messaging they need to win, and build the repeatable engine that keeps product innovation and commercial execution in lockstep. This is not a “create a one-pager and move on” role—you will own the full lifecycle from product release through sales adoption and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Product-to-Sales Translation: Own the end-to-end process of converting product roadmap, releases, feature updates, and platform capabilities into clear, actionable sales messaging. Distill complex technical functionality into value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers.
- Sales Enablement Engine: Build and maintain the sales enablement infrastructure—battle cards, feature briefs, competitive positioning, demo scripts, and objection handling guides—ensuring the sales team is always equipped to sell what’s new and what’s next.
- Client & Prospect Demos: Confidently demo the platform to clients and prospects in settings ranging from early discovery calls to finalist presentations. Partner with Sales to tailor each demo to the buyer’s priorities and keep demo environments and storylines current as new capabilities ship.
- Launch Orchestration: Lead the go-to-market execution for product launches, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth Marketing to ensure every release has a clear audience, message, and distribution plan, including PR & analyst updates.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape across loyalty, engagement, and AI-driven experience platforms. Synthesize insights into positioning frameworks that sharpen our differentiation and give sales a strategic edge in every deal.
- Voice of the Market: Serve as the feedback conduit from Sales back to Product—aggregating field insights, win/loss patterns, and customer objections to inform roadmap priorities and feature refinement.
- AI-Powered Content & Workflows: Leverage AI tools (Claude, GPT, custom LLM workflows) to accelerate content creation, automate enablement delivery, and build scalable systems that keep pace with a rapid product release cadence.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- Days 1–30 | Map the Terrain: Deep immersion into the Augeo product portfolio, platform architecture, and current sales motion. Build relationships with Product and Sales leadership. Audit existing enablement materials and identify the highest-impact gaps.
- Days 31–60 | Ship the System: Deliver a product launch playbook template and execute at least one feature launch end-to-end. Stand up a repeatable enablement delivery cadence (e.g., weekly product briefs, sales-ready release notes, or competitive updates). Lead your first live client or prospect demo alongside Sales.
- Days 61–90 | Own the Bridge: Operating as the trusted link between Product and Sales. Have a clear point of view on what’s resonating in the market, what’s falling flat, and where the next product narrative needs to go. Sales knows your name and relies on your output.
What Sets You Up for Success
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of product marketing experience with a demonstrated track record in B2B SaaS, platform, or enterprise technology environments. You’ve shipped launches that moved pipeline.
- Product-Sales Bridge Expertise: Proven ability to translate technical product capabilities into sales-ready messaging and enablement. You understand the mechanics of an enterprise deal cycle and what sellers actually need to close.
- AI-Native Operator: AI is how you work. You have hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok), prompt engineering, and building AI-assisted workflows for content creation, competitive research, and sales enablement at scale.
- Launch Execution: Experience owning cross-functional product launches from positioning through sales adoption, including the full commercial handoff.
- Demo Confidence: Comfortable leading live product demos for clients and prospects at every level, from day-to-day program owners to the C-suite. You can read the room, field questions on the fly and connect what’s on screen to the business outcomes a buyer cares about most.
- Exceptional Communication: You can synthesize complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that a seller can deliver in a 30-second elevator pitch or a 60-minute executive briefing.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: You are energized by building from scratch and can create structure where none exists. This is a new function in a transforming organization—you’ll be writing the playbook, not inheriting one.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Context: Experience in Loyalty, Engagement, Advertising, Rewards, or Media technology.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to engage credibly with product and engineering teams on platform architecture, APIs, and data models—you don’t need to code, but you need to understand what the product does at a systems level.
- Competitive Marketing Background: Experience building and maintaining competitive intelligence programs in fast-moving technology markets.
Location & Environment
- Remote-Friendly: This role is open to remote candidates.
- Hybrid Requirement: If the candidate is located near our primary hubs—St. Paul, MN; NYC, NY; or Rochester, NY—they will be required to work from the office a few days per week.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Front-row seat to a major corporate transformation: Direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape the future of a global leader.
Augeo is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
