About Vasion

For more than a decade, Vasion has been helping companies simplify their print infrastructure, automate business processes, and integrate their technology in a more secure environment. Our mission, to make digital transformation attainable for everyone, drives a culture of innovation and exploration. We have one simple goal: help organizations simplify processes through automation and integration.

So we created simple, cost-effective, and easy-to-implement digital tools that work together, removing bottlenecks and improving efficiency. And we’re always on the lookout for new people who can help us innovate, grow, and reach our goal.

About the role

Our partner go-to-market motion is growing fast, and it needs someone to set its messaging strategy and build the processes that drive it. As the Product Marketing Manager, Channel & Ecosystem, you will decide how Vasion tells its story through MSPs, VARs, and technology alliances, and how we take our value into new channels like system integrators and a Vasion Marketplace. You connect what our products can do to what each channel needs to hear, then turn the work into repeatable templates and standards.

If you are a product marketer or a channel marketer who wants to flex your process-building and scaling muscle, this is the seat for it. You will work with product managers, partner marketing, and our partner teams on a lot of fun projects with a lot of great people.

Life on the PMM Team

The PMM team is a close-knit, high-performing group that takes on hard problems together and makes sure everyone succeeds along the way. We take the work seriously and enjoy doing it, and that shows in how we collaborate, whether in the office or remote. You will work alongside some of the strongest product marketers, who will support your growth and help turn complex, unstructured problems into clear results. Current and former team members regularly describe it as “one of the best teams of their careers”.

Your First 90 Days
  • Meet the team and your core stakeholders.
  • Take over the partner workstreams, with every in-flight project matched to an owner.
  • Finalize the Partner Messaging Framework and core go-to-market packages..
  • Build AI skills specific to our channel strategy, messaging, and sales plays. These connect colleagues across the company to the right resources and guide them in their own work.
  • Put one standard process in place for all priority partners: kickoff, messaging alignment, execution, enablement, and launch.
Responsibilities
  • Set the go-to-market strategy and messaging for each partner channel, including MSPs, VARs, and technology alliances, and help define the motion for system integrators and the Vasion Marketplace.
  • Build a working understanding of our partnerships, personas, competitors, and market through research and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Own the joint value proposition and narrative. Write the "better together" story so it is clear, differentiated, and credible to the partner and its buyers, aligned across both companies, and mutually beneficial.
  • Own the standard launch process for priority partners and keep it running on a calendar.
  • Create partner enablement assets, including co-branded content, solution briefs, pitch decks, joint case studies, and campaign-in-a-box kits. Build them so partner teams can sell and market with us at scale without our help, then track the impact for the partner ad Vasion.
  • Coordinate joint announcements and amplify Vasion product launches and major industry moments through partners.
  • Build and refine AI skills and shared systems for channel messaging and sales plays.
  • Report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. When no baseline exists, pick a small set of leading indicators and say so when the signal is weak.
  • Maintain strong relationships in partner organizations and across Vasion.
  • Be the voice of the ecosystem and channel partners internally. Gather feedback from partners and partner-facing sellers, and represent partner requirements with evidence in product and marketing roadmap discussions.
  • Act as a product expert and advocate for sellers, partners, customers, and colleagues inside Vasion.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Three or more years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in product, partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing, and preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • A proven record running joint go-to-market with technology and ISV partners, cloud providers, managed service providers, or system integrators.
  • A compelling storyteller and communicator. You build joint narratives that are crisp, differentiated, and credible to partners and their buyers, and you explain the product with energy and accuracy.
  • Highly curious with the ability to turn research into a point of view others use.
  • A go-to-market builder with an analytical streak.
  • A trusted collaborator and self-starter.

Preferred, but not required

  • MSP and VAR channel models, and PRM or portal tools (MindMatrix today)
  • Salesforce, Seismic, Pendo, and Notion
  • Cloud marketplace listing and co-sell concepts
  • SI engagement models

Benefits
  • Flexible work environment
  • Vacation Bonus
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Paid parental leave
  • Competitive pay
  • A full suite of traditional benefits
  • Training/Advancement opportunities
  • 401k with company match and immediate vesting
  • Financial wellness education
  • Company-contributed HSA
  • On-site perks include gym, pickleball, snacks & drinks, arcade, theater room, etc.
