About RudderStack
RudderStack helps companies build on top of their own data. Our warehouse-native Customer Data Platform enables engineering, data, and AI teams to collect, unify, govern, and activate customer data while maintaining full ownership and control. By running directly on top of the customer's cloud data warehouse or lakehouse, RudderStack reduces data movement, improves governance, lowers infrastructure costs, and accelerates modern data and AI initiatives.
Leading companies including Lovable, Jaguar Land Rover, and Foot Locker trust RudderStack to power mission-critical customer data infrastructure.
We're now in the middle of one of the most significant shifts in the company's history: evolving from the industry's leading warehouse-native CDP into a fully Agentic CDP built for the AI era — a platform that doesn't just collect and activate customer data, but reasons over it and takes action on our customers' behalf. EMEA is a critical part of that next chapter, and this hire will help define it.
About the role
- We're hiring a full-stack product marketer. You'll work across the full marketing function, from positioning and messaging and go-to-market strategy to sales assets, content, and storytelling. You absorb product and company strategy and turn it into work that ships, from positioning and campaigns to major new product launches. In a given week you might move between a positioning doc, a go-to-market plan, a battlecard, an enablement session, and a blog post.
- We're looking for someone who understands the data and martech space, has a point of view, and who's happiest working with range and autonomy.
- This role is remote first and can be based anywhere in the US ().
What you'll do
- Sharpen how RudderStack shows up in a crowded, fast-moving category, owning positioning and messaging to give us a cohesive, convincing narrative across every channel and conversation.
- Run go-to-market for launches and the broader motion around them: plan and execute launches end to end, and support the campaigns, webinars, sponsorships, and partner and analyst work that surround them.
- Own the competitive program. Know the landscape, build and keep competitive materials current, and combat competitor noise with a clear point of view sales can win with.
- Equip sales with enablement they actually use — decks, talk tracks, one-pagers, objection handling — grounded in a real understanding of our buyers.
- Create content to carry the strategy: announcement blogs, thought leadership on the problems we solve, web and ad copy, and the social presence around it.
- Stay wired into the product and the business, tracking the roadmap and company priorities so your work reflects where we're headed, not just where we've been.
- Build streamlined processes with AI for core work where appropriate, and apply your critical thinking, point of view, and human hand where they create the most leverage.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in product marketing at a fast paced software company, owning GTM strategy and running major product launches, with the portfolio and results to show for it, or
- 4+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, owning data-driven campaigns end to end, from targeting through execution and attribution.
- A strong grounding in the customer data tooling ecosystem. You know how tools for data collection, unification, and activation fit together. You're curious where the market is going, and you have your own point of view.
- A sharp writer who can also execute. You’re as comfortable shaping a narrative as you are running the plan behind it.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to action. You can see the gaps and figure out how to close them.
- No fear of technical detail, and the ability to learn a deep product quickly.
- Low ego, high ownership. You work across product, sales, and the rest of marketing, and you make those people better.
- Nice to haves
- Experience marketing to technical or developer-adjacent buyers.
- Background at a data infrastructure, martech, or developer tooling company.
One more thing
If you're excited about this but don't check every box, we'd still like to hear from you. We care more about range, judgment, and what you've actually shipped than a perfect match on paper.
The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 for candidates based in the United States. We set final pay based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for equity / stock options. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid time off; paid parental leave; learning and home office stipends; and wellness benefits/perks.
