Who is Eleos Health?
The people who deliver care in our communities and homes do some of the most important work in healthcare. But too often, theyʼre asked to spend their time navigating paperwork, administrative burden, and problems they only discover after something has already gone wrong.
Eleos exists to change that.
Weʼre building the system of action for community-based care - helping behavioral health, hospice, home health, and other care teams spend less time reacting to problems and more time focused on the people they serve.
Powered by our Polaris AI, Eleos works alongside clinicians and their teams to understand whatʼs happening across care in real time and take action before issues become problems, reducing administrative burden, protecting revenue and compliance, and giving care teams more time and capacity to deliver great care.
Our vision is a world where care teams can stay one step ahead, rather than constantly catching up. Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there.
Senior PMM, US Remote
What is this opportunity?
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager or Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. You will bring new products to market and partner closely with Product to scale our launch motion across behavioral health, SUD, and care at home. You will own voice of customer, segmentation, positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and customer communications, turning what we learn from the market into value stories that drive adoption and expansion. This role is remote within the U.S.
Who are you?
You are someone who is equally at home in a customer interview and a launch plan. You get energized by taking a messy, complex product and distilling it into a story that a clinician, an operations leader, and an executive each find compelling. You are curious about the people doing community-based care and let what they tell you shape the work. You thrive in a fast-moving startup where priorities evolve, and you build the structure you need instead of waiting for it. You work well across teams and enjoy being the connective tissue between product, market, and customer.
How will you contribute?
- Lead voice-of-customer programs through interviews, surveys, advisory boards, and shadowing sessions, and translate what you learn from clinicians, operations leaders, executives, and payers into product needs, messaging, and GTM strategy
- Own market segmentation, TAM/SAM sizing, personas, and competitive intelligence, including battlecards and differentiation strategies that help Sales win
- Drive end-to-end launch planning for new products, features, and market expansions, developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and talk tracks for each segment and persona, and partnering with Revenue and Product on pricing and packaging
- Create launch and sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, feature briefs, FAQs, pitch decks, and sales plays, and deliver ongoing internal enablement on personas, product updates, and objection handling
- Partner with CS and Marketing on customer communications including release notes, newsletters, in-app messaging, webinars, and help center content, tracking adoption and engagement metrics to refine messaging over time
- Build and manage a central proof-point library of ROI metrics, case studies, benchmarks, and customer quotes, working with CS, RevOps, and Content Marketing to quantify outcomes and turn them into thought leadership
What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?
- 5 to 7 years of Product Marketing experience, with B2B SaaS or health-tech strongly preferred
- Experience with GTM strategy, messaging frameworks, persona development, VoC research, and product launches
- Proven ability to support growth and adoption in emerging or underpenetrated markets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives
- Analytical mindset with experience defining, measuring, and reporting PMM KPIs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, along with a passion for behavioral health or healthcare innovation
Some nice-to-haves:
- Experience in community behavioral health, SUD or addiction treatment, home health, hospice, or care-at-home settings
- Familiarity with healthcare procurement, health systems, payers, or value-based care models
- Experience building ROI calculators, proof-point libraries, or customer reference programs
- Experience with competitive intelligence, win/loss programs, and analyst relations
This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on thousands' well-being and mental health.
This role offers:
- A team of amazing people with a shared vision and the infinite drive to make it happen
- The base pay range for this position is $130,000-150,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
