Product Operations Specialist

You will be responsible for the following projects: You will help ensure the traceability and relevance of product documentation; You will oversee and improve the structure and data quality of the Azure DevOps backlog; You will collect, analyze, and structure requirements from the business, production, QA, and R&D teams; Prepare drafts of functional specifications and help ensure they are ready for development; Track dependencies between teams, identify potential risks, and help remove obstacles; You will help prepare for refinement, planning, and other product development activities; Analyze opportunities for process improvement and propose practical solutions. We hope that you: Have previous experience in Product Operations or similar product development coordination roles; Be able to organize information and manage a large number of different requirements; Have strong organizational and communication skills; Are analytical, curious, and solution-oriented; Can collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams; Have good verbal and written English skills. Salary From 2300 to 2900 €/month gross Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
