Job Description - Product Operations Specialist, Pendo About Rightsline: At Rightsline, we are redefining how the global media and entertainment industry manages and monetizes intellectual property. Since 2012, Rightsline has been trusted by some of the world’s most influential studios, broadcasters, and content owners to simplify the complex world of rights and royalties through powerful, intelligent technology. Our cloud-based, fully integrated platform provides a single source of truth for managing rights, royalties, contracts, and financial workflows across markets, territories, and distribution channels. By bringing together data, automation, and collaboration in one configurable ecosystem, we enable organizations to unlock the full value of their content portfolios while operating with greater transparency, efficiency, and control. At Rightsline, we combine deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to solve complex challenges at scale. Our teams work at the intersection of technology, media, and innovation—building solutions that power the business of content worldwide. Joining Rightsline means becoming part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your ideas, expertise, and contributions directly shape the future of rights and royalties management. If you are passionate about building impactful technology and working alongside talented global teams, Rightsline offers the platform to grow, innovate, and make a meaningful difference. What You Will Own: Pendo Administration and Governance: Own the Pendo instance across the full Rightsline platform: user permissions, metadata mapping, segments, subscriptions, and account hygiene. Set and enforce tagging standards, feature/page naming conventions, and data-integrity practices so Pendo reporting is trustworthy across every product area. Onboard new applications and product surfaces into Pendo as the portfolio grows. Audit regularly against governance standards and remediate drift. In-App Guidance and Adoption: Design and deploy in-app guides, walkthroughs, tooltips, and resource centers that shorten time-to-value and drive adoption of new features. Build onboarding flows for new users and new-feature releases in partnership with PMs and Customer Success. Run experiments (guide variants, polls, targeting rules) and report on what moved the needle. Product Analytics and Customer Insight: Analyze usage across the platform to identify friction points, buried features, adoption gaps, and churn-risk signals. Build and maintain dashboards for PMs, Product Ops, and executive leadership — Product Adoption Scores, retention trends, guide engagement, cohort behavior. Serve as the voice of the user in data form: bring quantitative evidence into PM roadmap conversations. Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with PMs to make sure new features are tagged and instrumented before they ship, not after. Partner with Customer Success and Marketing so in-app communications are aligned with the broader customer lifecycle. Act as the internal first line of support for Pendo across the org — office hours, Slack channel, documentation, working sessions *Collaborate with cross-functional teams *Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 frameworks What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. 4+ years of hands-on Pendo administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Pendo Admin Certification required — either held at hire, or completed within the first 90 days of joining. Strong analytical instincts — comfortable moving from a data question to a segment definition to a dashboard to a recommendation. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS selectors for tagging. You can debug why a tag isn't firing without needing an engineer. Track record of shipping in-app guidance that measurably improved adoption or reduced support load. Comfort setting and enforcing governance standards across multiple teams without a compliance-officer tone. Excellent written communication — you can turn a Pendo dashboard into a two-paragraph takeaway a PM or exec will actually read. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment and prioritize accordingly. Self-directed — able to make sound judgments and resolve problems without close supervision. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Fluent English and the ability to overlap with US working hours for real-time collaboration. Work Environment & Expectations: Noida/NCR based Demonstrates flexibility to work in required shifts. Compliance with security and remote working policies Compensation & Growth: Competitive compensation aligned to market standards with strong career growth opportunities.
