The Product Management Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the success of Honeywell Sundyne's Offering Management organization. This position owns key portfolio management analytics, commercialization tools, and business operating mechanisms that support Portfolio Managers, Product Managers and Vertical Offering Managers across the Honeywell Sundyne portfolio. The role serves as the analytical owner of the Offering Management team by transforming market, commercial, and portfolio data into actionable insights, developing repeatable business processes, and creating sales-enablement resources and external promotion materials.

This position provides broad exposure across Honeywell Sundyne's pump and compressor businesses and offers a strong development pathway into Portfolio Management, Vertical Offering Management, and Commercial Excellence leadership roles.

Portfolio Analytics & Strategic Insights

  • Own Honeywell Sundyne's market sizing and portfolio analytics processes, including TAS, SAS, and Share of Demand assessments. Generate insights from this data to influence strategic growth priorities and regional/market specific focus areas.
  • Lead win/loss analysis, funnel analytics, and commercial performance reporting to identify growth opportunities and improvement actions.
  • Create executive dashboards, business reviews, portfolio reports, and growth analyses for senior leadership.
  • Provide input and support into AOP, STRAP, SRO, monthly NPI reporting and forecasting activities

Commercialization & Sales Enablement

  • Develop sales enablement tools, value proposition materials, product presentations, and commercial support content.
  • Create portfolio and product messaging materials that support growth initiatives, product launches, and strategic campaigns.
  • Own and improve tracking of new product introduction sales against plans set by Portfolio Managers.
  • Develop training content and presentation materials used by Sales, Channel Partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product, Portfolio, Marketing, and Business Development teams to improve commercialization effectiveness and communication of growth priorities.

Cross-Functional Business Support

  • Coordinate and support strategic initiatives that span multiple product lines, markets, and business functions.
  • Support annual strategic planning, growth initiatives, and portfolio reviews through analysis and preparation of executive-level deliverables.
  • Serve as a central resource for portfolio-related data, insights, and business intelligence.
  • Drive special projects and business improvement initiatives on behalf of the Offering Management leadership team.

You Must Have

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, applications engineering, commercial operations, business analytics, strategic marketing, or related industrial roles.
  • In at least one previous role or use case, experience using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, automation tools, or similar technologies) to improve productivity and business insights.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience building and maintaining business analysis tools, dashboards, financial models, or KPI reporting using advanced Excel functionality.

We Value

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, industrial equipment, or related process industries.
  • Experience building market models, commercial analytics, or business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Voice of Customer (VOC), market research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials, training content, and executive presentations.
  • Curiosity, learning agility, and a desire to grow into future Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Offering Management leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including development of executive-level PowerPoint materials.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • With cross-functional or global teams greater than 10 individuals, demonstrated ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $81,100-$101,550. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
