Drive all processes related to product definition, development, and launch. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align on the product vision and core functionalities, and ensure they are communicated throughout the product development lifecycle. Work with internal and stakeholders to define product features based on customer needs, provide regular progress updates, and present outcomes. Manage the product backlog: break down high-level features into user stories and tasks, define clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize effectively. Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities to maximize business value. Monitor product progress at every stage and proactively identify and mitigate risks. You are a perfect match if you have: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product/Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment. Experience in B2B product management (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. Technically proficient: able to grasp high-level architecture and technical concepts. Previous experience in a software development company, ideally with a focus on web applications. Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
