Product Owner

At Nativeminds, we build B2C subscription-based products used by millions. We're looking for a Product Owner who will fully own the product experience end-to-end and drive measurable business impact.

This role is not about task management. It's about owning the product, making fast decisions, and continuously improving growth, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Own;

• Own the product journey from acquisition to retention
• Identify growth opportunities through data, user behavior, and insights
• Improve user experience by solving friction points and drop-offs
• Prioritize and execute high-impact product initiatives
• Lead fast experimentation cycles with design and engineering
• Measure outcomes, validate impact, and continuously optimize the product
• Take full ownership of product performance and business results

What We're Looking For;

• 3+ years of experience in product/growth-focused roles
• Strong understanding of B2C products and subscription models
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experimentation experience
• High ownership mentality and strong prioritization skills
• Fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
