Product Owner

Are you a Product Owner with experience in B2B SaaS integrations, APIs, and workflow automation? Take ownership of an integration product area, shape the roadmap, and help drive AI-enabled automation across complex operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integration strategy, roadmap, and backlog from discovery to delivery.
• Translate customer workflows into integration specifications, data mappings, and business logic.
• Drive integrations across scheduling, HR, expense, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Manage collaboration with engineering teams, customers, and external technology partners.
• Improve API discoverability, documentation, adoption, and AI-enabled integrations.
• Define and track KPIs, including integration performance, data accuracy, adoption, and reduced manual work.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering integrations, onboarding, or API/platform products in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Hands-on knowledge of API design, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Ability to independently map customer workflows and create clear technical specifications and data mappings.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems, such as scheduling, HR, expense, or ERP/accounting platforms.
• Experience measuring customer adoption, time-to-value, and workflow automation outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills across technical and business teams.

Location & Working Model

• Randstad, Netherlands
• Hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office.
• Full-time, permanent position.
