High Roller Technologies is expanding into the rapidly evolving regulated prediction markets space — a major new growth area for the business. We’re building a consumer-facing prediction markets platform for the US market and are looking for talented people to join us as we build and scale the product.
We are looking for a Product Owner to take day-to-day ownership of translating ROLR's prediction markets strategy into clear, actionable work for our engineering team.
Working closely with the CPO, Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance and Operations, you will ensure that the team understands what needs to be built, why it matters and what successful delivery looks like.
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Translate product strategy into epics, user stories, requirements and clear acceptance criteria.
Prioritise development work based on customer value, business priorities, technical dependencies and regulatory requirements.
Define requirements across key prediction-market journeys including onboarding, funding, market discovery, trading, positions, settlement and withdrawals.
Work closely with Engineering throughout development to answer questions and clarify requirements.
Work with Design to define intuitive customer journeys and ensure the user experience is considered throughout product development.
Incorporate relevant Compliance, Legal and operational requirements into product requirements.
Lead backlog refinement and contribute to sprint planning and product demos.
Review completed work against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with QA on test scenarios and release readiness.
Use product performance, customer behaviour and feedback to identify improvements.
Support the CPO in translating the broader product roadmap into executable development priorities.

Have experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar product role within a technology business.
Have strong experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Be able to translate complex business requirements into clear product requirements.
Have a strong understanding of agile product development.
Have excellent prioritisation and decision-making skills.
Be comfortable working across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Data and Operations.
