The Challenge Drive the technical roadmap for high-scale financial and payment platforms at SIBS, directly impacting critical solutions used by millions of users daily.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize technical roadmaps alongside engineering teams.
• Drive functional and technical requirements analysis and specification.
• Manage key stakeholders and support daily mission-critical operations.

Tech Stack & Requirements

• Essential: 7–8 years of experience in Product Management; proficiency in Jira & Confluence; Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban); fluent English (C1/C2).
• Nice to have: Experience in Fintech/Payments and hands-on use of GenAI tools.
