Ability to act as an effective link between clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams;
Practical experience with system integrations and end-to-end process dependencies;
Good understanding of regulated financial services and their operational requirements;
Professional English and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
Nice to Have

Structured thinking and confidence working with complex financial processes;
Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, operational, and compliance functions;
Ability to combine strategic product thinking with hands-on analysis;
Ownership, sound decision-making, and a practical approach to delivery.
✨ The Employer Offers
Ownership of product decisions from discovery and roadmap planning through delivery;
The opportunity to shape products used by regulated financial institutions;
Exposure to core banking, payments, compliance, and financial infrastructure;
International scope across clients, partners, and product implementations;
Close collaboration with engineering, architecture, QA, compliance, operations, and project specialists;
