Want to shape how AI agents change the way software gets built?

As a Product Owner on our Collision team, you'll work directly with our innovation group as they build AI and agentic workflows into new development. You'll be the voice of the customer, the go-to product expert for engineering, and a trusted partner to senior leaders turning vision into shipped product.

    What You'll Do

    • Own a well-prioritized backlog, breaking roadmap initiatives into clear, releasable features
    • Write user stories and acceptance criteria, including behavioral criteria and success metrics for AI agent outputs
    • Translate business goals into agentic workflows with the innovation team
    • Lead Agile ceremonies and keep scrum teams aligned, unblocked, and accountable
    • Gather customer, user, and dealer feedback to guide what's next
    • Partner with UX and technical leads on design and solutions
    • Drive launch readiness, release notes, and post-launch tracking against success criteria

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years as a Product Owner at a software company, working directly with key customers
    • Heavy hands-on experience using AI tools, plus genuine curiosity and strong aptitude for emerging AI capabilities
    • Exposure to agentic AI development is a strong plus
    • A steady voice that challenges assumptions, keeps teams accountable, and earns senior leaders' trust through data and clear reasoning
    • Ability to ramp up fast and thrive in ambiguity without step-by-step direction
    • Excellent communication tailored to any audience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

    How We Work

We value ownership, collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving. We favor shared wins, fast feedback, and challenging assumptions to build better software and customer experiences.

    What We Offer:

    • Full benefits starting Day 1: Medical, Dental, and Vision
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Unlimited Flex Time Off plus 10 company-paid holidays
    • Professional development programs and tuition assistance
