You will shape the product roadmap, drive continuous improvement and ensure our communication and collaboration tools deliver a seamless, secure and effective digital experience for colleagues across the School.

Working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and external partners, you will translate business needs into product priorities, manage backlogs and drive delivery using Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps. We’re looking for someone with strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, proven product ownership experience and excellent stakeholder management skills, who can champion technology adoption and deliver solutions that make a measurable difference.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Microsoft 365 product roadmap, ensuring it supports the School’s strategic objectives and user needs.

  • Prioritise product improvements and remediation activity to maximise value and improve the user experience.

  • Identify, assess and deliver high-value use cases, enhancements and automation from initial requirements through to implementation.

  • Work with stakeholders across the School to understand needs and translate them into clear priorities and actionable requirements.

  • Lead collaboration with technical teams and external partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions that integrate with existing systems and processes.

  • Ensure services meet governance, data protection, privacy, security and licensing requirements, while supporting adoption and continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally within an infrastructure, IT services, or digital workplace environment.

  • Strong practical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite, including services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and associated collaboration and communication capabilities.

  • Experience working with technical infrastructure or platform teams, with the ability to understand and prioritise complex technical and operational requirements.

  • Demonstrable experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery using Agile or iterative delivery approaches.

  • Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, user stories, epics, and delivery tracking.

Benefits You Can Enjoy

  • Generous annual leave of 27 days plus extra days between Christmas and New Year

  • USS pension, 14.5% employer contribution (in return for employee enrolment and contribution)

  • Free onsite gym and swimming pool

  • Amazing range of professional development to support your career path

  • Enhanced cycle to work scheme

  • Wellbeing offering to support your physical, mental and financial health
