Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritized and groomed product backlog; translate stakeholder requests into actionable user stories for the engineering team. Agile Facilitation: Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, release planning, and sprint reviews. Project Tracking: Track all projects on detailed timelines to meet deadlines, managing the product lifecycle from scope definition to QA and launch. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies. SLA & Maintenance: Ensure enhancements are delivered with high quality and on time; maintain existing projects to ensure they meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
