Hybrid — Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday remote. Occasional 5-day onsite weeks may be required based on business needs.

About The Company:

Our client is a global organization undergoing a multi-year enterprise transformation focused on modernizing its Finance systems and technology landscape. This role will support a growing Global Financial Systems organization and collaborate with Finance, Engineering, QA, Product, and international stakeholders.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner – Finance Systems to support the evolution of enterprise Finance technology. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, experience with ERP platforms and integrations, and a proven background owning Agile product backlogs. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own, manage, and prioritize the Agile product backlog based on business value and technical priorities.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine business requirements.
• Translate Finance needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering throughout sprint execution to clarify requirements and support delivery.
• Support enhancements to ERP platforms, Finance applications, and system integrations.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help drive the ongoing development and modernization of the Finance systems environment.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including business and technical teams across multiple regions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms, Finance systems, and system integrations.
• Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing Agile backlogs.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to effectively partner with Finance stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
