Position Overview:
We are looking for a
Product Owner – Promotions
to own and develop promotional mechanics across
Casino and Sports Betting products
.
This role is responsible for shaping, optimizing, and scaling bonuses, campaigns, and promotional tools that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, while ensuring strong performance through a
data-driven approach
.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in iGaming promotions and works confidently with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, international environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of
Casino and Sports promotions
.
Define and prioritize promotional features, bonus mechanics, and campaign tools.
Translate business and marketing requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, BI, Compliance, Design, and Development teams.
Monitor and analyze promotion performance (conversion, turnover, retention, ROI).
Continuously optimize promotional mechanics based on data and player behavior
Lead product development initiatives related to
sports promotions
, bonuses, loyalty mechanics, and gamification
Analyze product performance using quantitative data (KPIs, funnels, conversion rates, retention, LTV) and optimize features accordingly.
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Product Owner
(or similar role) within the
iGaming / online gambling industry
.
Strong background in
international markets
, preferably across multiple regions.
Hands-on experience with
sports betting promotions
, bonus engines, or promotional mechanics.
Deep understanding of
crypto products,
payments
,
wallets, or blockchain-based product features.
Strong analytical and
data-driven mindset
, with experience using BI tools and product analytics.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Nice to have:
Experience with blockchain-based gaming ecosystems.
Previous work in high-growth or startup iGaming environments.
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies
