Product Owner – HIS

📍 Location: Bonn, Germany (Candidates based anywhere in Germany can apply)

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 20% office presence

📄 Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract

Key Requirements:

12–15+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Proxy Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Functional Consulting.

Strong and mandatory experience in Hospital Information Systems (HIS/KIS/EHR/EMR).

Good understanding of hospital workflows, including Patient Admission/Discharge/Transfer (ADT), EMR/EHR, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, medication management, nursing workflows and medical billing.

Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM and IHE.

Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.

Fluent German language skills – C1 proficiency is mandatory.

Good to Have:

iMED product/domain experience.

CSPO, PSPO or SAFe POPM certification.

Experience working with distributed international development teams.
