📝 Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud roadmap.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value.
• Drive the evolution and adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Translate business needs into product initiatives.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and product planning activities.
• Ensure delivery of scalable and user-centric solutions.
• Continuously improve sales processes, reporting, and adoption rates.
• Bridge business and technical teams.

✅ Must-have Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce projects.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including:
• Lead Management
• Opportunity Management
• Account Management
• Contact Management
• Pipeline Management
• Forecasting
• Reporting & Dashboards
• Sales Productivity Processes
