We are seeking a Product Sales Director – Procedure to serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to Sales, helping customers understand the value of IMO Health's Core Procedure solution and how it can address complex clinical and data challenges.
This role partners closely with the Provider Sales Team throughout the sales cycle to understand customer needs, qualify use cases, shape deal strategy, present product capabilities, and communicate the business value and ROI of IMO Health's solutions. The Product Sales Director will also bring market and customer insights back to internal teams to help strengthen product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate combines healthcare technology expertise, strong clinical and workflow knowledge, and commercial acumen with the confidence to engage a range of customer stakeholders. They are a compelling presenter, strategic thinker, and collaborative partner who can operate independently and quickly develop deep expertise in IMO Health's products.

Strengthen customer engagement and credibility by translating clinical workflows, product capabilities, and data quality insights into compelling business, clinical, and financial value for executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Influence how IMO Health positions Procedure in the market by bringing customer feedback, competitive insights, and emerging needs to Sales, Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams to strengthen go-to-market strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Join key customer opportunities early in the sales process to understand business needs, qualify use cases, and help shape deal strategy.

Translate customer needs and clinical workflows into clear opportunities for IMO's Procedure solutions.

Deliver compelling presentations tailored to executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences.

Connect IMO Health’s product capabilities to customer priorities, outcomes, and business value.

Present and explain data quality assessments, helping customers understand findings, implications, and potential ROI.

Partner with internal Data, Clinical, Mapping, Product, and Marketing teams to develop customer-facing materials and support strategic sales opportunities.

Serve as a credible advisor to customers and help Sales navigate complex stakeholder groups and enterprise buying processes.

Support RFP/RFI responses, customer evaluations, and other activities that help advance strategic opportunities.

Represent IMO Health at customer meetings, industry conferences, webinars, and other strategic events.

Bring customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging needs back to internal teams to help inform product positioning and go-to-market strategy.

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Epic workflows, healthcare technology, clinical operations, and evolving market needs relevant to IMO Health's Procedure solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or technology, preferably within the Epic ecosystem, with a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations; candidates with relevant clinical experience within a health system and significant Epic experience will also be considered.

Ability to understand customer challenges and workflows, connect them to technology solutions, and clearly articulate business value, outcomes, and ROI.

Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences.

Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with customers while maintaining a collaborative, consultative approach.

Strong initiative and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Curiosity and humility, with the ability to quickly develop deep expertise in IMO Health's products and capabilities.

Ability to travel approximately 25%.
PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience with Epic modules such as Beaker, Radiant, or Lumens.

Experience collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Data, Clinical, or other cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with laboratory, radiology, procedural, pharmacy, or broader clinical operations.

Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or complex solution environments.

Understanding of healthcare interoperability and clinical data environments.
