- Product solution selling and demonstrations
- Lead product solution selling through tailored demonstrations and discussions that connect SSI capabilities to the client’s workflow, operational priorities, and expected business value.
- Develop solution narratives and value cases using validated evidence and client inputs, such as fewer manual touches, reduced rework, improved visibility, and faster processing.
- Maintain demo and solution presentation requests in Salesforce or the designated tracking system, documenting requested solutions, client needs, audience, timing, assigned resources, status, and follow-up actions; coordinate preparation and scheduling within Product priorities.
- Own the accuracy of solution content in proposals, RFPs, and RFIs; validate technical answers with the appropriate subject matter experts and escalate requests requiring new development or commitments.
- Solution discovery and workflow alignment
- Lead discovery with prospects and existing clients to understand revenue cycle workflows, operational challenges, technology environments, and desired outcomes.
- Translate findings into documented use cases, workflow maps, solution recommendations, assumptions, dependencies, and measurable success criteria.
- Evaluate fit across SSI solutions with Product Managers, Solution Managers, and technical teams; identify capability gaps, integration requirements, and opportunities to improve or expand client adoption.
- Product alignment and field insights
- Stay current with assigned product solution releases, new capabilities, supported workflows, limitations, and integration requirements; review and understand solution roadmaps, release plans, and approved messaging.
- Capture recurring client needs, objections, competitive findings, and win or loss insights; provide structured recommendations to Product Managers for evaluation and prioritization.
- Maintain Aha! records and reporting for assigned solution activities, client insights, and release readiness; keep status, owners, and follow-up items current, review roadmap and release information, and support other product solution activities as needed.
- Release planning and solution enablement
- Work directly with the Product team on release planning and launches, including solution readiness, demonstration updates, enablement needs, and completion of assigned launch activities.
- Own and maintain approved demonstration scenarios, solution playbooks, discovery guides, workflow diagrams, and capability references; update them as solution releases introduce changes.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and battle cards with Product Managers and Marketing, including competitor capabilities, differentiators, fit criteria, discovery questions, objection handling, and validated evidence; refresh them as market findings and SSI capabilities change.
- Create and tailor PowerPoint presentations, when applicable, for prospect and client discussions, executive briefings, demonstrations, sales enablement, and product launches.
- Work with Marketing to identify needed solution materials and assist with their creation; maintain and update sales literature, training decks, presentations, collateral, case studies, and launch content to reflect approved capabilities and positioning.
- Train Sales and client-facing teams on solution fit, discovery questions, value messaging, workflow dependencies, and newly released capabilities.
- Client alignment and delivery handoff
- Coordinate solution validation with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success when the opportunity requires deeper workflow or technical review.
