Product Specialist - Digital Health | Fulltime remote

We are hiring a Business Analyst for a leading digital healthcare platform in Southeast Asia.

These roles will support digital health applications, business and enterprise solutions, and system integrations.

The platform serves millions of users. It brings doctor consultations, health records, wellness tools, healthcare services, and connected systems into one experience.

Your job is simple: understand what the business needs, turn it into clear requirements, and help the delivery team build the right solution.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, designers, engineers, QA, and operations teams in an agile environment.

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyze business, user, and system needs through workshops, interviews, process reviews, and data.
• Turn product goals into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test cases.
• Map current and future workflows, find gaps and risks, and help teams improve how work gets done.
• Keep business and delivery teams aligned on scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and open decisions.
• Support sprint ceremonies, UAT, launch validation, and post-launch improvements using data and user feedback.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar software role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good at breaking down unclear problems.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical limits.
• Comfortable using basic product and business data to support decisions.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthtech, fintech, B2C apps, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and complex workflows.
• Experience supporting product discovery, process improvement, or delivery operations.
• Business Analysis or Agile certification.
