Position Summary Uniguest is seeking an experienced, commercially focused Product Specialist - Sports Venue to join our growing team. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for the sports market, with a strong understanding of the fan journey and the business goals of stadiums and arenas. The ideal candidate understands how IPTV, digital signage, content management, and venue engagement solutions support the fan experience. This role will help guide product roadmap for sprots venues, support revenue growth, and identify product and partner opportunities across professional and collegiate sports venues. This role is best suited for someone with 5+ years of experience in the sports venue ecosystem and a strong understanding of the business, operational, technical, and guest experience needs of modern stadiums, arenas, convention centers, and entertainment venues. What You will Do Growth Enablement Support strategic sales pursuits, partner-led opportunities, executive briefings, product demonstrations, and market development initiatives. Provide technical leadership for IPTV, digital signage, content distribution, venue engagement, solution architecture, and complex opportunity support. Build and maintain relationships with existing sports venue customers through regular engagement, customer visits, executive briefings, and on-site discovery to understand evolving business priorities, fan experience goals, operational needs, and product opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to develop sports-specific messaging, use cases, partner narratives, RFP/RFI inputs, and solution positioning that connect Uniguest capabilities to fan experience strategies, sponsorship activation, premium hospitality, operational communications, and measurable business outcomes. Product Management Develop deep expertise in Uniguest's product portfolio, capabilities, roadmap, integrations, deployment models, and differentiators. Translate market signals, customer requirements, partner insights, and competitive intelligence into product requirements, roadmap recommendations, and strategy inputs. Bring a fan-journey perspective to product planning by connecting venue technology capabilities to the outcomes sports organizations care about, including fan satisfaction, dwell time, sponsor value, premium experience quality, operational efficiency, and new revenue opportunities. Support beta programs, customer advisory boards, partner validation, product launches, and growth-focused product planning. Serve as product and industry expert for sports and entertainment venues, with a deep understanding of venue workflows, fan journey touchpoints, operational needs, commercial objectives, and technology trends. Identify market gaps, product opportunities, and growth levers that strengthen Uniguest's position across professional and collegiate sports venues by helping customers use signage, IPTV, and content experiences to improve engagement and monetize the venue environment. Build relationships with venue executives, technology leaders, integrators, consultants, league stakeholders, and ecosystem partners who influence growth and product direction. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with sports venues. Demonstrated experience across one ore more leagues and sports in the United States, including experience with organizations such as NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, NCAA and others. Strong understanding of stadium and arena technology ecosystems. Expertise in IPTV, digital signage, content management, venue technology, or audiovisual systems. Experience working directly with venue operators, technology leadership teams, and system integrators. Strong understanding of the sports fan journey and how venues use technology to improve guest experience, sponsorship value, food and beverage performance, premium hospitality, operational communications, and revenue generation. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience supporting product strategy, market development, product partnerships, product management initiatives, or solution development Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to travel approximately 50%. Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale venue technology deployments and modernization programs. Knowledge of live event operations, premium hospitality experiences, sponsorship activation, fan engagement technologies, and business outcome frameworks used by stadiums and arenas. Familiarity with IPTV platforms Digital signage ecosystems CMS technologies AV-over-IP architectures Content distribution networks Network infrastructure within venue environments Mobile engagement and fan experience solutions Experience working for a stadium technology provider, systems integrator, sports technology company, or sports venue ownership group. Experience contributing to product roadmaps, market requirements, or go-to-market initiatives.
