We're looking for a North America Product Specialist to join our global Thermal Management team and become a key contributor to one of our fastest-growing and most innovative product portfolios. Why This Role Matters

As the Product Specialist for our high-performance Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs) portfolio, you'll be at the center of the action. You'll help drive product success, support strategic growth initiatives, and collaborate with talented teams across the globe.

You'll work closely with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, helping turn innovative ideas into successful solutions for customers around the world.

This is a highly visible role where your ideas, initiative, and leadership can directly influence business results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with the Global Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our high-performance TIM portfolio.
• Support pricing strategies, quotations, profitability analysis, and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with R&D teams throughout product development and launch activities.
• Act as the bridge between technical and commercial teams, translating complex product information into customer value.
• Lead material qualification, raw material optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Drive manufacturing localization and site-transfer projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop engaging marketing and sales materials that help tell our product story.
• Participate in global initiatives and work alongside colleagues from different regions and cultures.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Bring experience in product management, project management, business development, or marketing.

• Excel at building relationships and influencing across multiple functions.
• Communicate confidently and effectively at all organizational levels.

• Have experience in electronics, manufacturing, or engineered products (a plus).
• Are comfortable working with ERP systems and global teams.

Location & Travel

This position can be performed remotely within North America, with a preference for candidates located near Cleveland, Ohio. Occasional travel (approximately 15%) will be required to support business initiatives and collaborate with colleagues and customers.
