Location: US (preference: Dallas, Texas or surrounding areas) Travel Requirement: 20–30% within the United States We are currently seeking a Product Trainer to deliver training programs for Hallmark Healthcare Solutions products, including Physician Compensation and other provider workforce management solutions. Training responsibilities may evolve as new products, features, and services are introduced. Key Responsibilities Conducting orientation programs and training for new employees. Developing, coordinating, and conducting core product training, both clients and internal users. Coordinating with the necessary internal resources to design the training roll out approach including complete testing and training schedules. Create training documents and update user manuals to match the client specific scope requirements for our technology products Work closely with business stake holders, end users, sales, product management, technical support, IT, and other internal stakeholders to understand training needs. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, evaluate, and implement improvements and grow adoption. Ability to multitask and maintain tight timelines and priorities in a highly professional manner. A commitment to continuous learning and process improvement is essential. Ability to travel 20 to 30% of the time within the United States as required.
