Product UI/UX Designer

Our client is a newly formed technology venture backed by one of the UAE’s most established family-owned conglomerates and a fast-growing technology company. The business was created with a clear mission: to digitalise, automate, and connect operations across a diversified group of companies with a strong legacy in the UAE market. The wider group has decades of operating history and a portfolio spanning travel and tourism, logistics and delivery, real estate, car rental, and food and beverage. Our focus is to build practical, scalable technology products that solve real operational challenges across these businesses - from connecting systems and automating workflows to launching new digital platforms that improve efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance. These products will first be built and proven within a live business ecosystem, then taken to market as commercial solutions for wider industries. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Product Designer with strong experience designing intuitive, user-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UX/UI design, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to turn complex product requirements into clean, functional, and engaging user experiences. You should be confident working across the full design lifecycle, from research and discovery through to wireframing, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, and design iteration. Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms is expected. This role requires someone who can understand user needs, translate feedback into practical design improvements, and adapt quickly as product requirements evolve. A strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, accessible design, and inclusive design principles is essential. 08 Years of Experience in UI/UX Engineering including Product Designing Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric product design Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and user flows Strong understanding of UX research and usability testing Experience working with iterative design methodologies Ability to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design principles Portfolio submission is required
