About the RoleAt Trivto, a B2B corporate travel management platform, we’re looking for a creative Graphic & UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for making things look visually engaging, modern, and polished.
This is a hands-on role combining graphic design, UI/UX, product design, and marketing/social content. You’ll work in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly, so you’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable iterating quickly.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Product Managers, Project Manager, Front-End and Engineering teams, while also supporting our Social and Marketing teams.
The role can be Dubai-based or fully remote.
What You’ll Be Doing- Create polished and visually engaging graphic, product, marketing, and social media designs
- Design and improve the UI/UX of the Trivto platform
- Create and maintain a consistent design system to be used throughout the Trivto platform.
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand and break down PRDs
- Work closely with the Front-End Engineering Lead to find solutions that work from both a UI/UX and technical perspective, including selecting the right components
- Work with Project Managers to track and prioritise tasks and anticipate potential blockers
- Support the Social and Marketing teams with creative concepts, campaigns, brand assets, and content
- Adapt quickly when requirements, priorities, or designs change
What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of professional design experience
- Strong graphic design and visual creativity
- Strong UI/UX and product design experience
- B2B SaaS experience is a must
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of Figma
- Strong portfolio showing both graphic and UI/UX work
- Experience working closely with Product, Front-End and Engineering teams
- Comfortable breaking down PRDs and turning requirements into effective designs
- Strong understanding of user journeys, CTAs, design hierarchy, and usability
- Comfortable asking questions, challenging ideas, and suggesting better solutions
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
AI & Creative MindsetWe’re looking for someone who actively uses AI as part of their design workflow.
You should be comfortable using Claude and other AI-powered creative and prototyping tools to explore concepts, create and iterate on assets, test UI/UX approaches, prototype quickly, and improve the speed and quality of your work.
Nice to Have- Experience in travel, travel-tech, booking platforms, or hospitality
