We are seeking a Production Architect (Retail/Restaurant) to join our team as a dedicated production resource, with a primary focus on retail and restaurant projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled Revit and AutoCAD user who can take a prototype design and adapt it into accurate, permit-ready construction documents for specific project conditions.
This role works closely with the project team and client contacts to carry multiple projects through permit, bid, and construction sets. The successful candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, a steady approach to markups and revisions, and the discipline to keep several projects moving at once without losing quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce architectural construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Adapt prototype retail and restaurant designs to specific project conditions.
- Prepare permit, bid, and construction drawing sets.
- Incorporate client markups and revisions accurately and on schedule.
- Modify prototype designs while maintaining established project and design standards.
- Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality.
- Manage and balance production work across approximately 4–5 projects per month.
- Meet project deadlines and production requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Raise questions, issues, and potential conflicts early so projects stay on track.
- Keep documentation organized and consistent throughout the production process.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proven experience producing architectural construction documents.
- Experience with retail and/or restaurant projects.
- Experience working with prototype-based architectural designs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to incorporate markups and revisions efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established project standards and workflows.
