The Role We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Production Assistant to support our fast-paced video shoots and creative projects. This role is integral to-ensuring smooth production workflows from pre-production to post, and offers the opportunity to get hands-on across all areas of production. You’ll be coordinating logistics, assisting on set, managing admin, and working closely with our creative team to help bring ideas to life. Responsibilities Support pre-production planning: book location, secure permits, order props, liaise with talent and crew. Collaborate with the creative team to develop PPM decks and help shape the vision. Assist with on-set operations: handle call sheets, schedules, transport logistics, and crew coordination. Manage production documentation: organise risk assessments, release forms, and track budget allocations. Pack, transport, and set up production gear and materials. Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure timely and efficient shoot days.
