Facilities Manager

Role Description The Facilities Manager role at SC DrillTech is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and coordination of office and operational facilities that support the company’s technical and consultancy work. The role includes monitoring facility conditions, implementing maintenance schedules, managing vendors and service providers, and ensuring that remote and physical work environments adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards. The Facilities Manager will develop and implement policies for facility use, space planning, asset management, and equipment lifecycle, while optimizing costs and supporting operational efficiency. This role also involves coordinating with leadership and technical teams to ensure facilities and infrastructure meet evolving project requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all locations and remote operations.

Qualifications

• Facility operations and maintenance management skills, including space planning, asset management, and vendor coordination.
• Health, safety, and environmental (HSE) knowledge relevant to industrial, technical, or engineering-focused environments.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities to oversee multiple facilities and remote work setups.
• Proficiency with facility management software, documentation tools, and basic data analysis for performance and cost tracking.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical, administrative, and leadership teams in a remote setting.
• Experience managing facilities in engineering, energy, or industrial sectors is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make data-informed decisions, and support continuous improvement of facility systems and processes.
