nu glass improves wireless connectivity in enclosed spaces by making glass permeable to radio frequencies using laser ablation technology. By engraving an ultra-thin pattern that remains invisible, the company preserves the insulating properties of glazing while shaping connected environments.

Your responsibilities

As the Production Manager at nu glass, you will oversee manufacturing operations and ensure production runs smoothly. Your core duties include:

• Managing daily production schedules and coordinating manufacturing activities on-site in Zürich.

• Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines across all processes.

• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize manufacturing efficiency.

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing and production management who thrives in a small, fast-paced environment. If you match most of the requirements and bring a strong dedication to quality operations, we encourage you to apply.

• Monitor and supervise the execution of all projects in Switzerland. Collaborate closely with Head Quarters and on-sites to align practices and ensure operational consistency. Participate in deployment in new markets and ensure regular, structured reporting to Project Managers and senior management.

• Operational Excellence & Customer Support: Guarantee the quality and safety of all on-site interventions. Oversee transport logistics and the supply chain. Manage customer operations and after-sales support, ensuring an impeccable customer experience. Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reliability.

• German and English speaker (French is a plus)

Your first months at nu glass

During your first months, you will take charge of our production workflows in Zürich, get to know our laser ablation technology, and align manufacturing schedules with our operational goals.
