● Collaborate with the Brand Management team to confirm and communicate any changes in deals and agreements with licensors.
● Conduct research using on-prem storage tools and well as using the media asset management system to provide up-to-date material information and ensure compliance with standards.
● Communicate changes in delivered material to upstream teams and disseminate information downstream to our operational pillars and fulfillment team.
● Monitor the progress of assets as they move through the supply chain and notify licensors and providers when material does not meet standard requirements.
● Liaise with the programming team, brand management, and acquisitions to set expectations regarding schedules and launch dates.
● Monitor on-time delivery and ensure content for our O&O meets agreed deadlines.
● Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all stakeholders involved in the production process.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during production.
● Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations related to content that arrives.
● Provide regular updates and reports on the status of production projects to management and key stakeholders.
● Continuously evaluate and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
