Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Produktion zuverlässig, effizient und termingerecht läuft. Mit Ihrem Planungs- und Analyse-Know-how schaffen Sie die Balance zwischen Lieferfähigkeit, Kapazitätsauslastung und optimalen Beständen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Steuerung der Produktionsauslastung
• Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Kundenbelieferung
• Erstellung und Optimierung von Produktionsplänen
• Abstimmung von Kapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeit und Bedarfen
• Disposition von Rohstoffen und Komponenten
• Priorisierung von Fertigungsaufträgen bei Engpässen
• Steuerung der Produktionsaufträge im SAP-System
• Mitarbeit an Lean- und Verbesserungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung oder Studium in den Bereichen Supply Chain, Logistik, Produktion oder Wirtschaft
• Alternativ technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Disposition oder Supply Chain
• Verständnis für Produktions- und Materialflussprozesse
• SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise PP, MM oder SD
• Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und MS Office
• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
