As a Production & UGC Intern at SoScale, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of content productions. You’ll work closely with producers, creative strategists, creators, editors, and clients to help make sure productions move smoothly from idea to final delivery. This role is perfect for someone who is structured, social, proactive, and excited about the fast-moving world of creators, TikTok content, and modern production workflows. You’ll get exposure to everything from creator sourcing and shoot coordination to production logistics and content operations. You won’t just watch productions happen. You’ll help make them happen. What You’ll Do Production Coordination: Support planning and coordination of content productions and shoots Help organize timelines, shot lists, logistics, props, and production schedules Assist producers and creative teams during shoot days Help ensure productions stay organized, efficient, and on track Coordinate communication between creators, editors, strategists, and internal teams UGC & Creator Management: Help source and coordinate UGC creators for client campaigns Assist with creator outreach, onboarding, and communication Support briefing creators and ensuring content gets delivered on time Help organize creator assets, feedback loops, and production workflows Learn what makes creator content perform on TikTok and Meta What We’re Looking For Students or recent graduates (0–1 year experience) Someone highly organized, proactive, and good at keeping track of details Interested in creators, TikTok culture, content production, and social media Comfortable communicating with people and coordinating moving parts Thrives in fast-paced environments with many things happening at once Curious about modern production workflows and creative operations Familiarity with TikTok, Google Drive, Asana, Slack, or AI tools is a plus Fluent in Swedish and English (written & spoken) Preferably based in Stockholm What Success Looks Like Productions run smoother because of your support You become someone the team trusts to keep things organized and moving forward Creators feel supported, informed, and aligned You grow quickly in both production understanding and ownership You proactively solve problems instead of waiting for instructions What We Offer A seat at one of Stockholm’s most ambitious performance content agencies Hybrid setup with a creative office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm Real hands-on experience with live productions and creator campaigns A fast-learning environment with ambitious and supportive teammates The opportunity to grow into a future freelance or full-time role at SoScale A culture that genuinely cares about creativity, growth, collaboration, and having fun while building great things Locations Stockholm Remote status Hybrid About SoScale Media We’re here to make performance marketing smarter, faster, and better.
