As Product Manager App & Web at CowManager, you play a key role in improving our digital products for dairy farmers worldwide. Our app and web environment are central to our product: this is where all data from our sensor technology comes together and where insights become actionable in daily farm operations. In this role, you are not just managing a backlog, but acting as a strategic product partner. You work closely with customers and colleagues to understand real user needs, define clear product direction, and ensure we build solutions that truly add value. You balance customer impact, business goals, and product opportunities, and translate these into concrete improvements. You will be based at our headquarters in Harmelen, working closely with teams across the organization. What will you do? You research, understand, and validate customer needs within our app and web environment You speak with users, analyze behavior, and translate insights into product improvements You define clear problem statements, hypotheses, and product initiatives You determine together with stakeholders where the greatest value lies for both customers and CowManager You focus on impact instead of output: not building as many features as possible, but delivering the right solutions to the most important problems You contribute to the product vision and help prioritize where the most value lies You work closely with design, development, data, support, and commercial teams You guide solutions from initial idea through validation, delivery, and evaluation You monitor results, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product About CowManager CowManager is an innovative and globally operating company in the agricultural sector. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent level) You have experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Designer in a digital environment You have experience with app and/or web products You understand modern product management and how to apply discovery and validation You are strong in customer research and stakeholder management You can translate insights into clear product decisions You communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders You are fluent in Dutch and English Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus Why CowManager?
