WDS Global is urgently seeking a dynamic, confident and engaging Digital Educator / IT Trainer for a prestigious international organisation based in Brussels.

We're looking for someone who combines the communication skills of a salesperson, the technical curiosity of an IT professional and the confidence of an experienced trainer.

You don't need to know every technology – but you must be able to learn quickly, communicate clearly and make technology accessible to everyone.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging, practical training on existing and emerging IT solutions.
• Train users on technologies including Webex, business applications and DevSecOps-related tools and developments.
• Turn complex technical concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences.
• Create training materials, user guides, presentations and instructional videos.
• Organise, schedule and lead training sessions, workshops and meetings.
• Deliver tailored training to diverse audiences, from everyday users to senior executives and VIPs.
• Stay ahead of new technologies through independent learning and continuous development.
• Support the adoption of new digital tools across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in IT training, digital education, user adoption or technology enablement.
• Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, engaging personality with a customer-focused, consultative approach.
• Strong IT literacy and the ability to master unfamiliar applications quickly.
• Experience producing training documentation, presentations and instructional videos.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Previous experience within EU institutions or international organisations is a significant advantage.
