Do you have professional indemnity expertise and are you ready for a move to advance your career?
If so, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Professional Indemnity Account Handler within our friendly, Manchester city centre-based team, working with Everywhen.
Joining us as a Professional Indemnity Account Handler means you'll become a part of an experienced broking team who go above and beyond for their clients. In addition to providing a high standard of broking service we deliver inhouse claims handling and contract reviews which add tremendous value to our client offering.
You will earn a competitive basic salary relative to your experience, handle complex and interesting professional indemnity risks in a broking capacity, and be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers.
So, what does the role of a Professional Indemnity Account Handler here involve?
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their point of contact, building strong relationships, and managing complex professional indemnity risks (including premiums up to 6 figures). Although this role is predominantly renewals focussed there are also new business enquiries and prospects. This role is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career by dealing with interesting cases, where relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.
What are we looking for in our Professional Indemnity Account Handlers?
Professional Indemnity Insurance experience is essential for this role (ideally a minimum of 3 years), the rest is all about you as a person:
Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
Next, we need you to be proactive, use your initiative and show us your entrepreneurial spirit.
Confidence to work with clients both on the phone as well as by email, so experience in client service is important too.
Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way. It never gets boring here.
Demonstrate honesty and integrity, not only is this essential within a financially regulated organisation, but it’s also just the right way to be.
So, what are you waiting for? Apply today and one of our team will be in touch.
